The first climbing day of the year, Chris, Robin, Ryan and myself all enjoying being back on rock. Climbing in pairs (Robin/Ryan & Chris and I) meaning there were few pictures taken until Chris left about 2:30 after which we climbed as a 3 so there was someone doing nothing to be a photographer
Unfortunatly another climber had a significant fall. We didnt witness the event but heard calls for help. Chris and I were close and ran over to help. Other climbers with better first aid experience were already at the scene so I called 999. After the ambulance and Mountain Rescue arrived we saw the climber walk to the ambulance with assistance, and later carried to the air ambulance and taken away. We hope they have a speedy recovery
Once Chris left, we had a couple more climbs
